Shipping policy

We aim to deliver on the following working day after an order is placed and paid for. Orders under £30 incur a £4.95 surcharge on the order total.

Delivery is free unless clearly marked otherwise and will take place 3-5 days after payment for your order.

Standard delivery is ‘flatpack’ (unless specified) to any UK mainland destination (ground floor to main access point).
Delivery terms apply to UK mainland only, please enquire for Ireland and rest of the world.
Delivery for large items (56kg+) is priced upon application and goods are delivered on a 3-5 working day service.

The White Glove Installation Service is available on 7-10 working days' notice, depending on how busy the teams are. Prices are based on the following assumptions: 1. Reasonable Access - Ground floor or use of lift for anything above ground level 2. Delivery between hours of 06h00 -17h00 3. Mainland UK (Highlands, Islands and Ireland POA. Exclusions apply)
